This workshop series includes discussion of anatomy and the nervous system, journaling and partner work, lots of examples of how to keep yourself steady and grounded, and yoga flow to incorporate all the tools into your asana practice. This workshop is not meant to diagnose, treat or cure anxiety or any other mental health issues but to provide tools to help lessen and manage stress.
In this slow and steady, multi-level yoga flow class, you’ll dive deeper into more subtle aspects of yoga and explore practices beyond asana (yoga poses) alone. There will be components of strength and activation. Energy work (Reiki) is incorporated.
This core focused class will take you through the classic Pilates mat order the way it's founder Joseph Pilates led his mat routine, this class gives space to bring the precision movements accessible to any body shape or size. New to Pilates? no worries.

There's a foundations level, which is a yoga class that will offer the options and time to learn a pose from the foundation up. If you are new to yoga, this is a wonderfully paced practice. If you have any physical challenges that have limited movement in your body? we have time to work on specific poses and find a way to bring this pose to your body.
